Built around a 130mm FLP51 ED triplet objective with ion-assisted broadband AR coatings, it delivers genuine observatory-grade chromospheric performance that no competitor at this aperture can match, and converts in minutes to a premium 130mm f/7 APO refractor for night-sky use. At 0.45Å verified bandpass through 130mm of unobstructed aperture, the Standard Kit reveals chromospheric structure invisible to smaller instruments — and the LFPT double-stack module can be added at any time to bring combined system bandpass to <0.28Å, the finest available in any portable solar telescope.

WHAT YOU'LL SEE

130mm of aperture collects more than ten times the light of a 40mm instrument. The resolution advantage is not incremental — it is transformational. Individual intergranular network elements become resolvable. Filaments reveal multi-strand complexity with sharp dark cores and defined boundaries. Active regions display their full magnetic architecture — penumbral flows, light bridges, Ellerman bombs, and small-scale magnetic features evolving in real time.
